Residential Aged Care Visitation
Volunteers are scheduled to visit residents of Residential Aged Care on a weekly basis. This Ministry is crucial in terms of reaching out to those who are unable to attend Mass at Holy Family Gowrie or Sacred Heart Church Calwell. Currently we visit Amala in Gordon and Warrigal in Calwell. Mass is celebrated once a month by our parish priest. Any residents in these facilities who would like a visit from our priest and/or receive Holy Communion please inform the Chaplains at the facilities or contact the Parish Office on 6291 6688 or email tuggeranongsouth@cg.org.au
Home Visitation
Apart from visits to institutions (Warrigal, Amala and hospitals) our volunteers also visit and distribute communion to the homebound. If any of your family or someone you know needs communion at home or a visit from the priest, please contact parish office: 6291 6688 or TuggeranongSouth@cg.org.au
