Our Schools

Holy Family ELC

Holy Family ELC is a Catholic preschool attached to Holy Family Primary School. We model Catholic values and traditions of faith in our relationships with the children, the families, community and each other. We come together in prayer at the start of every day and we aspire to teach and show love, respect, service and compassion just like Jesus. Celebrating Liturgy with the school every Friday is an important weekly event.

We recognise partnership between Preschool and home as vital and we communicate daily in many different ways. Parents and families are warmly welcomed into our centre and are invited to be involved in a variety of ways.

We value and acknowledge special days and events, both religious and non religious. Inclusion, diversity and traditions are respected and celebrated.

Our programs include many elements such as play, engaging environments, scaffolding, intentionality, investigating, exploring, extending childrens’ knowledge and skills, role play, risky play and more.

We understand the importance of social and emotional development, particularly in the early years. The environment is viewed as the third teacher and sustainability practices are valued and explicitly taught in many ways.

Our hope is for our children to leave Holy Family Early Learning Centre full of happy memories to last a lifetime and to be ready for their next adventure into primary school.

Holy Family Primary School

Catholic education at Holy Family is based upon Gospel values. We believe that your child and your family will find the school environment and the educational programme welcoming and enriching. Student learning and growth are our prime focus and we aim to develop students as learners and as people, by linking knowledge, understandings, capabilities and values in a way that develops the student as an active member of their community and society.

Holy Family school is a place that is constantly adapting to the changing needs of young people and their world. It is a place where all students can discover who they are and develop the self-confidence to take on new challenges. Our commitment is to unlock the talents of every individual student and help them on their way to a lifetime of self-discovery and fulfilment.
